痛風的發生與飲食結構密切相關,特別是暴飲暴食、高嘌呤、高熱量、高脂肪飲食結構,導致體內血脂、血糖、尿酸代謝異常,尿酸腳痛可誘發或加重痛風。因此,痛風患者除了嚴格遵循醫生的建議服藥外,還要做好飲食調理。

痛風患者需要注意什么?

1、不碰高嘌呤食物

從食物中可獲得少量嘌呤。嘌呤參與尿酸的合成,所以遠離高嘌呤的食物,包括動物內髒,貝類和肉湯,避免攝入過多的嘌呤和增加血液尿酸水平。

2、不碰含酒精的飲料

酒精可加速體內嘌呤合成,增加尿酸生成;酒精在體內代謝時,可以產生乳酸。乳酸和尿酸是競爭排泄的,這就阻止了尿酸通過腎髒排泄。所以痛風患者不能喝任何含酒精的飲料,包括白酒、啤酒、黃酒、紅酒、雞尾酒。

3、少吃高熱量食物

痛風患者可以根據自己體重和體力勞動來制定一個每天攝入的能量,以免產生熱量超標而導致我國痛風發作。特別是對於超重或肥胖的患者應嚴格管理控制系統每天總熱量攝入,遠離高熱量的肥肉、動物內髒活動以及中國人造奶油等。保證每頓飯只吃7~8分飽,避免暴飲暴食,積極有效控制標准體重。

4、少吃高脂肪食物

痛風患者尤其是高脂血症患者應嚴格控制高脂肪食物的攝入量。因為過多的脂肪會影響尿酸的排泄,坐骨神經痛舒緩而且大多數高脂肪食物含有過多的嘌呤和膽固醇。保持你的膽固醇攝入量每天300毫克,避免脂肪肉類,動物內髒,油炸食品和高脂堅果

5、少喝高果糖飲料

果糖可促進尿酸生成,加速體內脂肪堆積,改善胰島素抵抗,減少尿酸通過腎髒排泄。因此,痛風患者應少吃含果糖的食物,包括大棗、桂圓、荔枝、桃子、餅幹、糕點等。

6、多吃新鮮蔬菜

蔬菜中含有多種維生素和膳食纖維,能促進尿酸鹽的溶解,有利於尿酸的排泄。痛風患者應選擇嘌呤和草酸含量低的蔬菜,每天至少吃500克蔬菜,其中深色蔬菜占一半以上。

7、多吃新鮮水果

痛風患者應選擇獼猴桃、草莓、蘋果櫻桃、枇杷等低糖水果,這些水果含有多種維生素和微量元素。盡量把吃水果的時間安排在兩餐之間,一天可以吃200克左右。短時間內不能吃很多水果,也不能做成果汁喝。

8、多吃高膳食結構纖維作為食物

燕麥片、糙米、豆類和玉米都是高纖維膳食食品,患者每天應攝入25克左右,可促進胃腸蠕動,幫助尿酸排泄。

9、多喝水

你一定要養成積極喝水的習慣,保證每天飲水量在2000 ml以上,這樣可以促進尿酸排泄,預防尿路結石。可以選擇白開水、蘇打水或者淡茶。

溫馨提示

痛風患者除了調整好飲食外,還不能忽視其他方面的調理。注意工作與休息相結合,避免過度勞累,保證充足睡眠,保持適度運動,如快走、騎自行車或慢跑,但不能做劇烈運動,也不能長時間行走,同時應注意身體保暖,防止感冒。
