Rapid prototyping

Rapid prototyping is fast-paced manufacturing of fully functional models. This saves you a lot of time and most importantly, around 30℅ costs. However, rapid prototyping requires a high level of expertise and accuracy to make sure things go the right way. In rapid prototyping, your design or blueprint can be transformed into functional prototypes is just 3 to 4 days. We can help you with shield metal prototyping, plastic injection molding, etc.

Surface finishing

Surface finishing is very important when it comes to prototypes and appearance models. We will give you the best surface finishes for your plastics texture models with advanced methods like vapor polishing, sandblast, etc.

Low volume production

In addition to rapid prototyping, low volume production of models for automobiles, medical use, aircraft etc is another service we provide. CNC, pressure die casting, and rapid tooling are some of the low volume production methods we use.

How does plastics texture model rapid prototyping work?

Creating a computer-aided model

First of all, the design of the prototypes is created using highly accurate software. The CAD models are very accurate and allow us to manufacture perfect prototypes with all the functions you need.

Converting it to STL Format

The next step is converting the CAD design to STL format, which is the standard for rapid prototyping. In this format, a 3-dimensional surface geometry of the plastics texture model's design is created. There is no color or attributes of the design represented in STL format.

Processing the STL file

Now the STL file is processed by machines, and it is divided into a thin layer stacked one over the other.

Building the layers

Now machines start building one layer over the other and finally the actual prototype is formed. These machines work without human interaction but still, human assistance and expertise are needed at some point or other to prevent plastics texture deformation.
