Battery manufacturers need to maintain rigorous control over various raw materials, including implementing standards for raw material selection to ensure consistency in particle size and performance. Ensure a consistent operating environment for the battery pack, reducing vibrations and the risk of water, dust, and other contamination at the battery terminals. Note that these procedures can be challenging to implement in vehicles and typically require integration between the battery system and vehicle controller for execution.
