Safety requirements for lithium-ion battery and storage batteries for portable electronic products

The GB31241 standard applies to lithium-ion battery and battery packs of portable electronic technology products, mainly for mobile electronic information products of no more than 18KG used by students and often carried by managers. The main research examples are as follows:

1. Portable office products: laptop, PDA, etc. :

2. Mobile communication products: mobile phones, cordless phones, Bluetooth headsets, walkie-talkies, etc.

3. Portable audio and video products: portable TV, portable DVD player, MP3/MP4 player, camera, camcorder, recorder, etc.

Other portable products: electronic navigation devices, Digital photo frame, game consoles, e-books, etc. .

The product development of portable electronic technology listed above does not include all products of the enterprise, so the product design not listed may not be outside the scope of this standard.
