  Here is a brief introduction to Japanese wine - Sake.

  On Japanese wine labels, what does "sweet" and "spicy" mean?

  Japanese flavor labeling incorporates elements of both spiciness and sweetness, while Japanese sake involves a term known as "Japanese alcohol content." This refers to the amount of residual sugar in the final product. Generally, a smaller value indicates a sweeter taste, while a larger value indicates a drier taste.

  In Xinokuchi, the sake is spicy, but what we are referring to is not spicy, but rather how unsweet it is.

  Is Daiginjo also sake?

  Daiginjo is a type of Japanese sake that falls under the grade of sake. It is further classified into junmai sake, tsukudani sake, and junmai yonda brew, based on the refined rice and ingredients used. Of these, junmai yonda brew is considered the most demanding in terms of taste. However, each type offers a unique flavor profile and varying levels of complexity. Fine Rice Stepping: What is it?

  "Percentage of rice after refining compared to the amount of rice before refining" is one of the criteria for assessing a sake's quality. A sake with 60% rice stepping, for example, is made by removing 60% of the original weight of the rice used to brew.

  The main reason for doing this on your own is that the heart white portion of the rice center business contains the most starch content research, while the surface structure portion of the student contains fat, vitamins, and other proteins. It is these surface substances that influence the flavor of the final sake. This is why the ginjyosu lineage of sake places a high value on the fine rice step.

  How is sake served? Is it hot or cold?

  Sake sets itself apart from other liquors by its versatility in serving temperatures. Even a slight change in temperature can bring out intricate flavor notes. There are nine recommended temperatures for serving sake, ranging from 5°C to 55°C, each suited to different drinking preferences and types of sake. The colder range (5℃-15℃) highlights the delicate taste, while the warmer range (35℃-55℃) brings out the richness and aroma of rice. As a general guide, white silver-brewed sake is best enjoyed cold, junmai sake at room temperature, and aged sake warmed.

  How does sake taste?

  Sake is divided into four styles based on aroma and taste, including Kaiseki, Sharp Sake, Mellow Sake, and Aged Sake;

  As a Japanese sake, kaiseki has a sweet fruity aroma with a fresh floral flavor. Daiginjo falls into this problematic classification of ours, and is one of the most popular styles in the Japanese market right now.

  Japanese Refreshing Wine is the lightest and most drinkable of the Japanese wines.

  There are dried fruits and spices present in mature wines, which are heavy and oily on the palate.
