Forming millions of plastic parts - high precision plastic parts

We offer solutions for manufacturers East Rail Line Extension in various industries. Our detailed design and production process includes part models and stamping molds, prototyping, special tooling acquisition, production planning, prototype certification, process control, decoration design, secondary production processing and packaging.

Molded goods

The worldwide trading property management software electronics industry is one of the larger customers for parts manufactured with plastic production.
Plastic manufacturers produce parts for every gadget, electronic computer, copier or camera. Such items must be plastic housings, lighting fixture housings and enclosures, lighting fixture equipment and buttons and their circuit board assemblies and wiring to be effective. Most of these items can be manufactured on plastic machines or other molding techniques.

Electronic Equipment Molds

Plastics fall into two prototype plastic parts categories: thermoplastics (e.g., high-pressure polyethylene), which can be melted and re-molded, and polyurethane elastomers (e.g., urea solution indoor formaldehyde), which cannot be re-melted once they have dried and solidified, making them particularly suitable for applications where heat generation is encountered. Plastic materials for communication products must have technical and artistic aesthetic characteristics. For example, they may have to avoid the effects of microwave radio frequency and have a flame retardant rating, while at the same time must also give a soft touch characteristics and scratch resistance. Customers expect the new electronic products to be durable and can bear the danger of falling and wet and cold. Plastic has gained much popularity because of its light weight, durability and low cost, and will again replace metal materials in the manufacturing of communication products, and even laminated glass.

The more commonly used plastics in the manufacture of electronic devices include ABS, polycarbonate and acrylic resins and all thermoplastics. They have different qualities in terms of corrosion and impact resistance, ductility, electrical insulation properties and resistance to sunlight, ambient temperature and erosion. Some manufacturers make antimicrobial plastics for medical electronics applications to give protection against germs, viral infections and bacteria. Biodegradable plastic products are also on the market.

How are plastic parts prototyped?

Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM), Stereolithography (SLA), and Selective Laser Sintering are the three most widely utilized techniques for creating plastic prototypes (SLS). Extrusion technology is used in FDM 3D printing to deposit plastic material one layer at a time until an object is produced.
